FitLog helps people plan workouts, record completed sessions, and review training progress. This policy explains what information FitLog by FingerWave may process when you use the app.
Information We Process
- Account information such as email address, display name, username, guest installation identifier, and authentication provider identifiers when you sign in.
- Workout content you create, including plans, exercises, sets, weights, repetitions, durations, completed sessions, and derived calorie estimates.
- Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as app version, platform, update channel, request timestamps, and server logs.
How We Use Information
- To provide account sign-in, workout planning, workout history, statistics, and cross-session sync.
- To maintain security, diagnose issues, support app updates, and respond to support requests.
- To improve reliability and product quality. FitLog does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising in the app.
Sharing
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, app distribution, authentication, and operational infrastructure. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account and workout data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account and associated workout data directly in the FitLog app from Settings > Account > Delete account. You can also request access, correction, or deletion support by contacting us.
